Payment can be made by bank transfer or by cash. All appointments must be paid in full prior to or on the day of the appointment, unless another arrangement is mutually agreed upon.

Many animal insurance companies will cover physiotherapy as a complementary treatment. This may require Veterinary referral. Please contact your animals insurance company for more information. All appointments with Proactive must still be paid in full, your insurance will usually reimburse you.

Yes, Proactive is based in Neston and covers surrounding areas within Cheshire and d]Deeside. Please refer to our service map which shows our catchment areas. Areas outside Proactive’s main operating radius may incur a small travel fee. Please get in touch for further information.

It is a legal requirement under The Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966 that any animal with current or prior medical history to have recieved veterinary consent before any treatment takes place. A healthy animal having an appointment for maintenance purposes may be treated without veterinary consent, however booking an appointment with us means you consent for us to contact your animals veterinarian to obtain any relevant history and check their suitability for treatment as per our terms and conditions.

Please ensure a handler is available for your animal if you are unable to attend the appointment/handle the animal for dynamic assessment. A suitable method of restraint such as a collar and leash or a headcollar and leadrope should also be supplied. Also be sure to provide us with some of your animals favourite treats!

Please refer to our terms and conditions. Appointments cancelled with less than 24hrs notice are still liable to pay 50% of the appointment fee.
